Terms of Sale — Accurate Precious Metals Refineries

Effective Date: These terms apply to all orders placed on AccuratePMR.com.

1. Price Agreement

Precious metal prices are live and change continuously with the spot market. When you place an order, you agree to purchase the items at the prices displayed and confirmed at the time of your order. Prices are locked for a limited window during checkout; once an order is confirmed, the agreed price is binding on both parties.

2. Market Loss Fee

For orders paid by methods other than credit card (including ACH, eCheck, wire transfer, and mailed check), you are required to provide a valid credit or debit card at checkout. This card is saved securely and is not charged at the time of your order.

If you fail to complete payment within the agreed timeframe, Accurate Precious Metals Refineries reserves the right to charge your saved card a Market Loss Fee equal to the greater of:

  • A minimum flat fee (as posted in our current fee schedule); or
  • A percentage of your order total (as posted in our current fee schedule).

This fee compensates us for market exposure and administrative costs incurred when we have purchased product from our vendor on your behalf and you have not fulfilled your payment obligation. By placing an order, you authorize this charge.

3. Payment Methods

We accept Credit Card, ACH Direct Debit, eCheck, Wire Transfer, and (by prior arrangement) Mailed Check. Certain payment methods receive a cash discount off the standard credit-card price; this discount is reflected in your order total and is not a surcharge on any other method.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled after confirmation without our written consent. If we agree to cancel, a restocking or market-loss adjustment may apply.

5. Title & Risk of Loss

Title to goods passes to you upon full receipt of payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

6. Disputes

Any dispute arising from a transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
