Choose how we use cookies

We use cookies that keep this site working, like your cart and sign-in. With your OK we also use analytics, advertising tools from Google, Meta and Microsoft, and features such as videos, maps and live chat. Those stay off unless you allow them.

Reject all also opts you out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We still keep a basic count of page views that uses no cookies and does not identify you. You can change your choice any time under Your Privacy Choices.

Cookie Policy

Policy text last updated: October 5, 2026 · The technology table below updates automatically as our websites change.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Accurate Precious Metals Refineries, Inc. ("Accurate Precious Metals," "Accurate PMR," "APMR," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites (together with our other sites that link to this policy, the "Sites"). It is part of our Privacy Policy, which describes everything we do with personal information; this page covers the technologies themselves and your controls over them.

Unlike a typical cookie page that goes stale the moment a website changes, the technology table in Section 5 is generated and maintained automatically by our own systems, which keep a live registry of every cookie, pixel, and similar technology in use on the Site you are visiting. When a technology is added, changed, or removed, the table updates with it, so what you read here reflects what actually runs.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies set by us are "first-party cookies"; cookies set by other companies whose features appear on the Sites are "third-party cookies," and those companies may recognize your device both here and on other websites that use their services.

Pixels (also called web beacons or clear gifs) are tiny graphic or script elements that tell us or a provider that a page was viewed, an ad was clicked, or an email was opened. Local and session storage are small data stores in your browser that work like cookies and hold things such as your preferences or session state. Scripts and tags are small pieces of code that run the services described below. In this policy, "cookies" includes all of these technologies, and each one in use is listed in the table in Section 5 with its type.

3. How we use them

Every technology on the Sites belongs to one of the categories below; nothing runs uncategorized. The table in Section 5 shows which category each one belongs to, who provides it, what it does, and how long it lasts.

  • Essential. Required for the Sites to work: your cart, checkout, session, account login, security and fraud protection, bot protection, load balancing, and remembering your consent choices. These run when you use the features they support, are used only to provide and protect the Sites, are never used for advertising, and cannot be switched off.
  • Functional. Non-essential conveniences, such as embedded videos, maps, live price charts, live chat, address suggestions as you type, and language or display preferences. Embedded content comes from other companies that may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Sites and find and fix problems, including page-view analytics and session replay that shows how pages are used (with what you type masked, as the Privacy Policy describes).
  • Advertising. Measure our advertising and show you relevant ads, including ad-click identifiers that tell us which ad brought you here, conversion measurement, and call-attribution numbers that connect a phone call to the visit or ad that led to it.

Our emails may also contain tracking pixels and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked; we use this to deliver and improve our communications, as the Privacy Policy describes.

4. Your choices

Consent comes first. Functional, analytics, and advertising technologies stay off until you allow them. When you first visit, our consent banner asks for your choices; essential technologies are the only ones that run before you answer. You can change your choices at any time:

  • The consent banner and preference center, available from the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every Site, let you turn each non-essential category on or off.
  • The Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of selling, sharing, and targeted advertising, and we also keep functional, analytics, and advertising technologies off in that browser.
  • Your browser settings can block or delete cookies; see your browser's help menu for how.
  • Industry opt-outs. Most advertising networks offer their own opt-outs through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Your choices are stored in your browser, so if you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, you will need to make them again there. Declining non-essential cookies never affects your ability to transact with us, and even if you opt out of targeted advertising you may still see contextual ads based on the page you are viewing. Some state privacy laws treat the advertising activities described here as "selling," "sharing," or "targeted advertising"; the controls above are how you opt out, and our Privacy Policy describes the related rights.

5. The technologies on this Site, live

The table below is generated automatically from our live registry of the cookies, pixels, scripts, and storage in use on this Site. For each entry it shows the name, the category from Section 3, the provider (us, or the company whose service sets it), what it does, its type, and how long it lasts. It updates automatically when our Sites change, and the scan date below the table shows when it was last refreshed. If you would like this list in another format, email [email protected].

6. Updates, disputes, and contact

The technology table maintains itself; the policy text above changes only when our practices change, and the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are posted prominently on the Sites. Any dispute relating to this policy or to our use of these technologies, including claims under privacy, wiretap, or tracking statutes, is governed by the Dispute Resolution provisions of our Terms and Conditions, including individual arbitration, the class-action waiver, and the informal resolution process, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
