“What a welcoming and professional experience today! I came in to sell my Sterling Silver flatware and I had my four year old grandson in tow. Drew was so warm and friendly to us and immediately put me at ease about the process. He was kind to my Grandson and respectful to me. He explained the process thoroughly and was very quick and efficient especially given the amount of silverware he needed to sort through and test.
