Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to shop, sell and read on the Accurate Precious Metals website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. This page explains the standard we work to, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us if something on the site is hard to use.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the public storefront. That covers things like text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, full keyboard operability, clear headings and labels, and controls to pause moving content.
What we do to meet it
- Accessibility standards are part of our development checklist, so new pages and changes are built against WCAG 2.1 AA from the start.
- Automated accessibility audits run regularly against the site, and automated checks run on every code change to catch regressions before they ship.
- We review reported issues and fix confirmed barriers as a priority.
Third-party content
Some parts of the site are provided by third parties, including the live chat widget, the Trust Guard and Shopper Approved seals and review displays, and embedded Google content such as maps. We do not control the code these services deliver, and they may have accessibility limitations of their own. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the same task another way.
