“I worked with this guy named Trent and oh my gosh, he made things so painless for me! So there was some postcard that came to our house with this traveling show that wanted you to bring pocket watches jewelry and just antiques or whatever and then they would price it and then give you an offer for them purchasing it. So my example is that my husband had a pocket watch and every time when he looks on eBay they Are always in the $400, $350 realm. These people After traveling showoffered him 98 bucks for that pocket watch! And their reasoning was that oh we don’t have that much demand for pocket watches…[So therefore, I didn’t necessarily think very highly of them because obviously they’re a business and they’re in it to profit them and only them] So what the Trent guy did is, he looked on his computer and saw what the going rate was for silver and then factored some profit for those guys (~ Their business… he Revealed to me what they would end up doing for these( which was coins in those little plastic Seals), That they would end up likely resell them/marketing them as was. Meaning, in their current state. [Honestly, these were an inheritance from my mom and I was worried that they were gonna melt them down because they were that 99.9% fine Silver. ] So for the (7) one ounce silver coins from the early 2000s, He offered me $360. Hey, back in the day when I first got them from my mom they were worth about 20 bucks apiece was my Understanding, so I just went with what he offered, and didn’t even bother to take my coins down to that traveling show in town. Conclusion, I had a really great experience with this guy Trent! I got into this big long conversation about living in the area and gardening and he was showing me pictures of his gardening and we talked about all kinds of things related like wood chips, fertilizing what kind of plants grow good and what they need in the ground, etc. ha ha Lotte less. Sorry I’m a blab. I would definitely go back to these people in a heartbeat if I needed/wanted to sell off jewelry or buy it for that matter. Or if I ever had any more coins that I want to sell, they seem very straightforward and honest to me. And they also had this integrity poster on the wall that between that and the music they were playing they just made me feel good. They also have a BBB Better Business Bureau placard up. Hey, so for what it’s worth: while I was there, this lady came in about halfway through my process (before I started blabbing) and based on what she talked about that I heard she had been here before had a really good experience, and here she was coming back with something more to sell off, I assume. I think that speaks very favorably for a place!”
