Reach out to our team. Call us or fill out our contact form. Our sales team will get your information and send you a free mailer.
Once you receive the packet, fill out the customer information card. Ensure the information is accurate. Fill out the item description sheet with the information on the items you are sending in.
Mail it in
Once you've completed the item description sheet, place the items inside the plastic bag provided in the mailer. Roll the bag tight to ensure the items do not make noise. Place the customer information card, item description card, and the item bag into the provided bubble mailer.
Place the bubble mailer in the prepaid USPS Overnight envelope and ensure it is sealed securely. See authorized locations on your welcome letter. Find the closest locations to you here.
Get paid!
Once we have received the package, our sales team will evaluate your items. You can view a detailed explanation of our process here. Once the evaluation is completed, our sales team will reach out to you with an offer by email. If you accept the offer, we will send you payment via your preferred method.
You can always contact us with any questions. Should you decide not to take the offer, your items will be packaged and shipped back to you at no charge.
